A new state has been founded. Bentonia is now the 5th state of the U.M.S.M., and claims the land of Benton Park in St. Louis Missouri, near the state of Dytusstein. It is run by Brigadier General of the Border Guard Ben Ellis IV. Also, the state of Ragrad's land claim has expanded. Now the entire moon is under the jurisdiction of Ragrad and the U.M.S.M. Montana Knight has also been given control of Ragrad.
